1.Can you help with the design?

Yes,we have our design department and expert,but we prefer you already have your own product design.

2.What is the color label size?
We do customized products,any size we can make according to your requirement.so the paper label size is decide by you,as you may know,different size have different price,please kindly let me know,what size will your requirement? If you no idea of size,we can suggest size to you also.

3.Will you provide a die line (die cut/template) to us for artworks designing?
 Rainbow will of course assist you to make an accurate design for your ideal bags. We will have some regular size artwork die lines available, if you require a custom size, please tell your size to our sales and we will work out a custom die line for your designer if necessary.

4.if you can do the same bag as you sent picture?

I am sorry our list on website made you confused, please understand we list the bag only to show we have the ability to make similar boxes,It doesn’t mean that we had done this box, it is the picture that our customer sent to us. if you have real samples on hand, can you send us so we can make same one for you.

5.If we need a sample bag with our logo printed before place the order?

It is a good idea to get a sample before the mass production,it is the safe way for both of us. But considering the quantity, you can see it is really a small quantity, to produce samples, we have to make plates first, then we can do printing your logo, and for samples making cost, it is almost the same with 1000pcs quantity.In this way, we suggest that we can make the production directly, and we will take care of every step, and send you picture for approval while we do printing, and send you final picture of products before shipment, in this way, you will know your products well and save the sample cost, do you agree?
