Armature Plunger K0380 NBR/ K0384 FKM Pilot Solenoid Valves for Pulse Valves

Pilot repair kit K0380 K0384 includes O-ring, armature assembly, armature spring, ferrule.
The product is developed to be used in ambients with temperature range from –10°C to +80°C

The K0380 plunger is normally equipped with NBR rubber seals. Other K0384 meterial is fluororubber.

The armature assembly is designed for more than 50x106 cycles.

Specifications:

Plunger and core are made by a magnetic stainless steel specially designed for solenoid applications.

The guide tube is made with brass (stainless steel is possible upon special agreement).

The installment introduction:

5. To ensure that provide compressed air clean and dry. The air manifold system provides moderate pressure and check for leaks installation. ( it can brush on soap and water, check whether the interface is bubble). Pressure was carried out on the air bag inflated (pressure of the valve is around 0.03 ~ 0. 86 mpa), recommend for air pressure 0.8 mpa maximum
6. Testing the pulse valve blowing, listening all the pilot valve whether it is normal operation and whether the pulse blowing sound is clear.
