|
Operating Principle : Liquid nitrogen (LN2) is first transferred from the storage tank to
the nitrogen injection head through the vacuum insulation tube. The first sensor detects the line speed, the second sensor senses
the container, and calculate the required liquid nitrogen injection
volume based on the container speed. Once the container is sensed, the filling valve is opened and a
fixed amount of liquid nitrogen is injected. The entire process is controlled by the programmable logic
controller ,sensor and human-machine interface. Applications :
