Zhonghe ZH2072 Programmable Displacement Monitoring Instrument Displacement Monitoring Control InstrumentProduct Description Product Introduction The ZH2072 programmable displacement monitor is a highly reliable monitoring and protection instrument. Equipped with a linear differential transformer displacement sensor (LVDT series), it is used for continuous monitoring and measurement of turbine cylinder expansion, valve opening, and oil tank level, and features both local indication and remote transmission capabilities. During measurement, it outputs a current proportional to the displacement and can be connected to DCS, PLC systems, and paperless recorders. It can be widely used in power, steel, petrochemical, and metallurgical enterprises.
use The monitor, when combined with the TD-1/TDZ-1 series linear differential transformer displacement sensor system, can monitor the valve opening degree of rotating machinery (such as steam turbines); when combined with the TD-2 series linear differential transformer thermal expansion sensor system, it can monitor the cylinder expansion of rotating machinery (such as steam turbines); when combined with the UT-81 series linear differential transformer liquid level sensor system, it can monitor the oil level in the tank of rotating machinery (such as steam turbines), and can also be used for measuring other liquid levels.
Features 1. The programmable displacement monitor adopts an advanced ARM high-performance embedded processor, and its highly versatile hardware design and rich software programming functions maximize the improvement of the linearity, frequency response, temperature drift and anti-interference capabilities of the sensor and instrument measurement. In addition, all parameters are set digitally, which makes the system measurement accuracy higher and the protection action more reliable. 2. Two configuration methods: The instrument's working mode and parameters can be configured using either host computer software or instrument button configuration. 3. The instrument can be configured to work independently in two channels or used in combination in two channels. When used in combination in two channels, if one channel fails, that channel will fail and the other channel will continue to work without affecting normal measurement. 4. The instrument can be configured to perform software correction of display and current output deviations caused by sensor nonlinearity errors. 5. Instrument parameters can be viewed or set via buttons. These include: meter number, range, alarm setting values (alarm I value, alarm II value), alarm delay value, alarm relay output logic, and the range corresponding to (4~20)mA. 6. The set parameters can be saved for a long time after a power outage. 7. It has power-on and power-off suppression functions (protecting historical data and suppressing false alarms), and a self-locking alarm output function within about 10 seconds after power-on. 8. It has an RS485 communication interface and adopts the common MODBUS-RTU communication protocol. |
