Product Description Product Introduction The ZH3000 series eddy current sensors inherit many advantages from ZH&H's earlier products, possessing advanced performance similar to the DWQZ series, while also ensuring interchangeability of components (recalibration is required after interchange). The mounting utilizes an advanced high-density DIN rail insulated mounting bracket, saving half the space compared to screw mounting. We also provide screw-mount insulated bases that match the mounting positions of earlier products, making installation and maintenance more convenient and efficient. Thanks to the adoption of new materials and processes, the ZH3000 series eddy current sensor system has improved linearity and frequency response by several percentage points. It also meets the American Petroleum Institute (API) 670 standard (fourth edition) for similar products. The intrinsically safe design has received authoritative certification from a national-level explosion-proof testing institution, with explosion-proof ratings of ExiaⅡCT2~T6, making it fully capable of operating in any hazardous environment. Its excellent static stability allows for long-term monitoring of equipment displacement, and its wide frequency response enables the measurement of physical states such as shaft vibration and rotational speed in rotating machinery. To meet the needs of various measurement schemes, we offer a variety of eddy current sensors. If classified by probe specifications (diameter), they can be divided into three specifications: ZH3000Φ8mm, ZH3000Φ11mm, and ZH3000Φ25mm. If classified by the total length of the system cable (probe cable length + extension cable length), they can be divided into two types: 5m and 9m.
Features 1. System CompositionThe ZH3000 series eddy current sensor consists of three parts: the ZH3000 probe, the ZH3000 extension cable, and the ZH3000 preamplifier . ZH3000 probe The probe consists of an inductor, protective cover, stainless steel housing, high-frequency cable, high-frequency connector, etc. Depending on the measurement range, probes of different diameters (e.g., Φ8mm, Φ11mm, Φ25mm) can be selected; depending on the installation requirements, probes of different installation methods (e.g., upright, reverse, threadless) and 1m or 0.5m cable lengths can be selected. ZH3000 Extension Cable Both ends of the extension cable are equipped with SMA self-locking plugs, one end of which is fitted with an oil-proof protective sleeve to protect the self-locking plug from oil contamination, thereby improving system reliability. The extension cable is available in four lengths: 4m, 4.5m, 8m, and 8.5m. ZH3000 preamplifier The preamplifier is the core component of the system. It includes circuits for oscillation, linear detection, filtering, linear compensation, and amplification of the entire sensor system. Together with the extension cable and probe, it constitutes the ZH3000 series eddy current sensors of various specifications. Based on the diameter of the probe used, the ZH3000 preamplifier is available in three sizes: Φ8mm, Φ11mm, and Φ25mm. Based on the total cable length (probe cable length + extension cable length), the ZH3000 preamplifier is available in two types: 5m and 9m.
