Product Introduction

The CZJ-B3 vibration intensity monitor is an indispensable detection and protection device for various rotating machinery such as fans, compressors, and steam turbine generators. In conjunction with a velocity sensor or piezoelectric accelerometer, it can continuously monitor and measure the absolute peak-to-peak vibration or vibration velocity (vibration speed) of bearings in various rotating machinery. It has a current output proportional to the measured value and can be directly connected to DCS, PLC systems, and paperless recorders. When the vibration amplitude exceeds the limit, it can automatically provide an alarm relay switch contact output.

This product features high precision, stable performance, strong anti-interference ability, and high reliability. It can be widely used in power, machinery, chemical, and metallurgical enterprises, and is suitable for the design of monitoring systems for small and medium-sized rotating machinery.
