ZHJ-201 vibration temperature sensor

Operating principle

   The vibration velocity sensor transforms the vibration sugnal into electical signal on basis of the magnetoelec-tric induction principle.It is mainly composed of magnetism circuit system,winding components,and spring-damper unit.In the shell of the sensor,two windings are fixed rigialy and an alnico block is suspended by a spring.When the sensor works within the operating frequency range,relative movement between the winding and the alnico block happens.As a result,the winding will cut the magnetic lines so theat the inductive force,i.e.the inductive voltage is generated which is in direct proportion to the shell's vibration velocity.

    The temperature sensor makes use of the Pt-resistor's chearacteristic of resistance varying with the tempera-ture linearly and realizes the the temperature measurement.
