Introduction

The UTE-1 series tool testing fixture is specially design for the milling tools, drills, and long rods materials roundness measuring. It is with reasonable design and stable base, to allow users to achieve high accuracy tool measuring with extemely low cost. The UTE-1 series is using DC motor for rotating movement control and rpm adjustable, ensure more stable motion when measuring the roundness. 

High performance linear guide way

The UTE-1 series tool fixture is using high performance HIWIN linear guide way, ensure the stability of the dial gauge moving and the measuring accuracy. 

High accuracy ceramic supporter

The V type supporter is using high accuracy ceramic material, the repeatability of the tool locating is less than 0.001mm. The ceramic material ensures the long life cycle of the products, also easy for replacement. 

Optional dial gauge and gauge fixture

The UTE-1 series tool fixture is standard with M8 screw hole for the gauge installing, users are able to select different brands or type of gauges or gauges fixtures, to satisfy different measuring requirement. 

Stable end clamp fixing

The UTE-1 series tool fixture is with end clamp fixing screws, ensures convenient adjusting the measuring length based on different types of the tools. 

High accuracy tools end supporter

To offer stable location of the tool during measuring process, the UTE-1 series is with adjustable spporter to the tool end side, ensures the measuring reliability.
