Introduction

The UNIMETRO Calliperfix series gauges fixturing system is designed for the callipers calibration. The unique design ensures the best combining of the gauges. The whole system is stable and reliable, able to clamp and combine different size of gauges, it is the ideal fixture for the CNAS institution and callipers manufacturers.

Reasonable design concept

Stable base

The system base is using steel material, ensures the operation stability during the callipers calibration, offers more accurate and scientific detecting data.

Flexibly adjusting moving block

The moving block is able to move within the working range to combine the gauges, available to combine multiple gauges for calibrating.

Outstanding locking structure

Using the holes on the guide way to lock the base, rotary locking screws make the supporting points to tension status then the gauges combining is effective.

Stable clamping

Reasonable supporting points

When using the gauges length over 100mm the system is offering supporting blocks, ensures more accurate fixturing. The blocks are able to put at any position of the guide way, all the blocks are removable.

Offering double tension support points with constant force

One end of the gauges is using double supporting points offering locking force, each point is with tension constant force pressing, ensures full contact between the end plane and the other end of the gauges.

Self-adjusting fix single supporting point

The other end is using single supporting point, offers flexibility to the gauges movement, ensures it is full contact with the other combining plane.
