• Using AC servo motor + synchronous belt to adjust the drop height, the height positioning is accurate.
• Adopts color LCD touch screen + PLC for action control and setting. The drop height can be set directly. It will automatically stop when reaching the set height. The number of drops can be preset and has a power-off memory function. All controls are completed on the touch screen: drop, Reset, height setting, times setting, counting, etc.
• The product is released at a height of 300mm, and the product drop angle is close to the test setting angle.
• A variety of drop boards are available: steel plates, wooden boards, and marble boards, which are suitable for testing requirements in many countries.
• Automatic counting (number of falls) function, switchable between maintain fall mode/free fall mode.
• It is protected by a protective cover all around, and a safety door is used at the entrance to ensure the safety of operators.
• The software can set and save the compensation height formula, up to 999 groups can be saved. Compensation can be quickly switched when applying different size specimen compensation.
