Device functions:The main function of this equipment is to test the physical and other related properties of electronic and electrical products, lamps, electrical cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles and their parts under simulated water spray climate conditions. After testing, verification is used to determine whether the performance of the product meets the requirements, so as to facilitate product design, improvement, verification and factory inspection.

• Suitable for IPX5 and IPX6 waterproof grade testing of products. 
• The integrated structure (the first in the industry) eliminates the need for operators to hold the spray gun for testing. The test can be started after fixing the sample.
• The shell is made of domestic high-quality steel plates, and the surface is spray-painted, making it beautiful and durable.
• The inner box and turntable are made of SUS304# stainless steel to ensure that they will not rust for a long time.
• Turntable drive: Using domestic high-quality stepper motors, the speed and angle can be set (adjustable) on the touch screen, accurately and steplessly adjustable within the standard range, and can automatically control forward and reverse rotation (forward and reverse rotation: suitable for belts The sample is powered on for testing to prevent winding).
• The water spray flow rate is adjusted through the flow meter (manual adjustment)
• Nozzle: manufactured in accordance with IEC60529 specifications (as shown below)
• There is a sample power socket (AC220V, 10A) installed in the equipment box. The power on and off time of the sample power can be controlled by the program: power outage (0-999min) - power on (0 -999min) - power outage (0-999min), which is suitable for samples in Power needs to be turned on and off during the test.
• The core control system uses a 7-inch touch screen + Panasonic PLC. The electrical components use imported brands such as LS and Omron. The wiring technology meets the national standards. The electrical board layout is reasonable, the wiring is firm, and the markings are clear.
• LED waterproof lighting is installed in the test chamber to facilitate observation of test samples.
• The equipment comes with its own water tank and circulates water, so there is no need to build a professional waterproof test room. There are high and low water level alarm monitors in the water tank, which can effectively prevent the water pump from drying out due to lack of water and causing damage.
• The spray gun can swing up and down, and coupled with the rotation of the turntable, it can basically achieve full spraying on the sample surface.
