Application:
The equipment is used for all kinds of electronic components, materials, products for stretching, pressure testing, so as to determine its structural resistance strength. The destructive pressing or stretching can be implemented, automatically judged and the test can be concluded after rupture, obtaining the maximum force value and displacement of the product. Constant force test can be carried out to obtain the life of the product under a certain force.

• The code scanner is configured to scan the QR code of the product, which is more convenient to manage the test data of the corresponding product.
• Real-time display of the current force value and displacement changes, can be displayed: force-stroke (kgf-mm), or force-time (kgf-time) curve diagram.
• The test report can be selected, directly printed or saved as Word, E xcel, PDF and other formats.
• The motion shaft is driven by Japanese Panasonic servo motor, precision ball screw drive, low noise, durable use.
• Language has simplified / traditional / English three operation interface can be switched, the force value unit has N, Lb, gf, kgf can be switched, suitable for global customers.
• Configure the manual X and Y platforms to change the test position arbitrarily.
• Open force value protection function, a protection value is set according to the conventional test force, when operation or point movement will automatically stop moving, to reduce damage to the equipment and precision samples.
• The floor structure design of the whole machine makes the operator closer to the test area and more convenient for sample loading and unloading.
• The test method management logic is clear, and the new method provides the correctness check of the parameters and provides the error information. The test data is stored in a local database for easy access and query.

1. All test conditions are input by computer and automatically stored: load measurement range, stroke measurement range, total number of measurements, measurement speed, measurement direction, pause time, stay time, etc.
2. Plot of the conductive force-stroke (kgf-mm) and force-time (kgf-time).
3. Automatically calculate the maximum force value, maximum displacement, test time, product bar code information and so on.
4. The upper and lower limits can be set, and the Passed or Fail is automatically determined by the software.
