Application:

This machine is designed for the stability of textile resistance to water, dry cleaning, soap washing, and color fading after chlorine water washing. It can also be used for testing the properties of dyeing, bleaching, and stain removers, as well as for making samples under normal temperature and pressure conditions. This test is an accelerated test aimed at understanding the color change of the tested textile in a short period of time. Each test is equivalent to approximately five daily washings of fading/discoloration.

Testing Principles:

The sample is sewn together with the specified standard lining fabric and washed under certain temperature and detergent conditions. The sample is stirred with detergent and stainless steel beads, then cleaned and dried. The discoloration of the sample and the staining of the lining fabric are evaluated using a color changing and staining gray card.
