Application:

Features:

2. Taiwan WEINVIEW touch screen + Japan Mitsubishi PLC is used for program control. The test conditions can be input in the touch screen, and the test conditions and test times can be displayed in real time.

3. It is driven by Japan Panasonic AC servo motor, Japan SHIMPO precision planetary reducer deceleration, Japan Mitsubishi synchronous belt transmission, the test Angle is accurate and controllable, good repeatability and durable use.

     4.With the function of detecting wire conduction, the wire is disconnected during the test, and stop the alarm immediately.

     5.It has the function of detecting the resistance change of wire, and can set the upper and lower limits. If the resistance exceeds the limit               during the test, stop the alarm immediately.

Test method:

1.Attach one end of the power cable or headphone cable on the fixture, as shown in the following figure, fold back into the 80~100mm of the clamp end, and connect with the reference line (the reference line passes through two movable pulleys as shown in the figure below, and the other end is connected with the weight).

2. Set the speed to 252 degrees / second, the rotation Angle is 720 degrees, rotate 360 degrees and then rotate back to 360 degrees back to the origin until the completion of the times, check whether the wire is good.

3. If it is necessary to monitor whether the wire test is defective or the wire resistance changes, both ends of the wire will be connected to the machine conduction or resistance detection port respectively. Once the wire break is defective or the resistance change exceeds the limit, the machine will automatically stop the test and alarm.
