Features:

1.Japan Panasonic® servo motor +SHIMPO® planetary reducer drive, low noise, durable use；
2.Using the load adjusting probe hitting button, and equipped with a special probe load correcting table and electronic weight correcting the load adjusting probe output, the striking force can be accurately controlled and the mechanical fatigue life of the key can be truly reflected.
3.The machine adopts Japan THK® high steel bearing steel as support, Japan THK® linear bearing transmission, durable use; The test table is made of aluminum, anodized, the surface is wear-resistant and textured, and it is equipped with holes for keyboard clamping positioning.
4.Japan OMRON®7"TFT color touch screen +Mitsubishi® PLC control, English and Chinese operation interface, two test modes: continuous test mode -- rapid continuous test mode; Intermittent test mode -- to meet the test requirements of press down and hold time, you can set the press down and hold time 0.1~99.99sec, and the rise (pressure head leaves the key) hold time 0.1~99.99sec. Test times 0~99999999 times can be set, with power failure memory function, reach the set number of automatic stop. Test speed: 60~360 times /min in continuous test mode, 5~100 times /min in intermittent test mode.
5.With high rigidity guide groove, can move back and forth, the probe can move left and right, basically can measure any key.
6.The XY axis is added to the sample platform, and the button is moved according to the setting pattern when clicked, so that the click position is random and closer to the actual simulation test.
