Application:

This machine is suitable for repeated slight drop tests on electronic products such as mobile phones, tablets, notebooks, and e-books. The test is designed to simulate a product being lightly dropped onto a desktop, metal surface, marble board and other media during use to evaluate the impact of a slight drop on the performance of the entire product, the durability of the casing, and the resistance of the product's internal structure to light drops.

Action principle:

The servo motor drives the upper clamp (clamping jaw) to descend to pick up the product to be tested. When it rises to the set drop height, the clamping jaw opens and the product is released to complete the free fall. Then the positioning cylinder arranges the product to the clamping jaw for picking up again. position, the servo motor drives the upper clamp (clamping cylinder) down to clamp the test piece, rises and releases, and the test piece falls freely, and this is repeated until the set number of times.
