Application:

It is suitable for all kinds of wire with USB plug for any Angle of sudden tensile test to detect the sudden tensile strength of the USB plug of the wire.

Adjustment/operation instructions:

1, Test fixture rotation Angle adjustment. As illustrated below

2. Test the upper and lower Angle adjustment of fixture. As illustrated below

3.Support plate height adjustment. As illustrated below

Test procedure:

1.Adjust the required test Angle according to point 1 of the above adjustment method. (The upper and lower Angle of the fixture can be adjusted if necessary)

2. Place the sample in the fixture and turn the screws to grip the sample.

3. The standard weight is tied to the sample connection line, and the height of the weight is measured with a reference scale.

4. Lift the support plate manually so that the rake handle is fastened to the support plate. Adjust the test height required by the support plate according to point 3 of the above adjustment method and remove the reference scale.

5. Place the tied standard weight on the support plate, press the discharger handle so that the weight falls and exerts a sudden pull force on the sample plug, and test whether the plug is damaged to complete a test.
