The outer chamber material is made of high quality carbon steel plate with an electrostatic color spray treatment. The left side of the box has a φ50mm diameter hole for easy cable access. The inner chamber material is made of SUS304# stainless steel plate for durability. The insulation material consists of a hard polyurethane foam insulation layer and glass fiber, ensuring efficient heat preservation.

Coolants:

The chamber uses non-fluorine environmental refrigerant R404A, which is compliant with environmental regulations and safe for use. This coolant is non-toxic and has excellent cooling properties, allowing for accurate temperature control.

Humidity Deviation:
