IE51 Comprehensive Waterproof Test Chamber For Outdoor Lamp Enviromental Chamber

Product Description:

Application areas: Waterproof  Enviromental Chamber is used for outdoor lighting, household appliances, auto parts and other electronic and electrical products.

Equipment function: The main function of this equipment is to use it for electronic and electrical products, lamps, electrical cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles and their parts and other products under simulated climate conditions of rain, splashing, and spraying water. The physical and other related properties are tested. After testing, verification is used to determine whether the performance of the product meets the requirements, so as to facilitate product design, improvement, verification and factory inspection.

 

 

 
 

Implementation standards:

 

  • Comply with IEC60529:1989 +A1:1999 +A2: 2013 "Degrees of protection provided by enclosures (IP Code)",
  • GB4208-2017 "Enclosure Protection Level (IP Code)" Clauses 14.2.1, 14.2.2, 14.2.3, 14.2.4 and the requirements of Figure 3 and Figure 4.
 
Key Features:
  1. Suitable for IPX1, IPX2, IPX3, IPX4, IPX5, IPX6 waterproof grade testing of products.
  2. The shell is made of domestic high-quality steel plates, and the surface is spray-painted, making it beautiful and durable.
  3. The inner box, turntable, swing tube, etc. are all made of SUS304# stainless steel plates to ensure that they will not rust after long-term use.
  4. Box structure; built-in water tank, recycled water; automatic control of water inflow, and low water level alarm detection
  5. There is a transparent observation window (made of tempered glass) on the door, and LED lighting is installed inside the box to facilitate observation of internal testing conditions.
  6.  IPX1, 2: The drip box adopts vacuum design and is made of stainless steel; the nozzle contact position adopts a brass cone design to facilitate the installation of water spray nozzles.
  7. IPX1, 2: It has a compressed air drying function. After the test is completed, the excess water in the drip box can be drained out to avoid water accumulation and scaling that will block the pinholes. (Note: The user needs to provide air source)
  8. IPX3, 4: The swing tube is driven by a domestic high-quality stepper motor. The speed and angle of the swing tube are accurately adjustable and there is no out-of-step problem (out of step: it will cause the swing tube to move abnormally and hit the middle turntable axis, causing damage to the equipment)
  9. IPX5,6:Manufactured in accordance with the specifications of IEC60529 (as shown below)
  10. Filtration measures: Standard high-precision filter can effectively filter impurities in tap water; the filter element can be replaced regularly.
