Product Description:
The equipment is used for tensile and pressure testing of various
electronic components, materials and products to determine their
structural resistance strength. It can carry out destructive
pressing or stretching, automatically judge and end the test after
rupture, and obtain the results of the maximum force value and
displacement of the product. The constant force test can be carried
out to obtain the life of the product under a certain force.

- The code scanner is configured to scan the product QR code, which
makes it easier to manage the test data of the corresponding
product.
- Real-time display of the current force value and displacement
changes, can display: force-stroke (kgf-mm), or force-time
(kgf-time) curve.
- Report tests can be selected as needed and printed directly or
saved as documents in Word, Excel, PDF and other formats
- The motion axis is driven by Japanese Panasonic servo motor and
precision ball screw transmission, which is low noise and durable.
- The operating interface has three switchable languages: Simplified
Chinese/Traditional Chinese/English, and the force value units are
N, Lb, gf, and kgf, which are switchable for global customers.
- Equipped with manual X and Y platforms, the test position can be
changed arbitrarily.
- The open force value protection function sets a protection value
based on the conventional test force. When the value is exceeded
during operation or jogging, the movement will automatically stop
to reduce damage to equipment and precision samples.
- The floor-standing structural design of the whole machine brings
the operator closer to the testing area and makes it easier to load
and unload samples.
- The test method management logic is clear, and the correctness of
parameters is checked and error information is provided when
creating a new method. Test data is stored in a local database for
easy access and query.
- According to the customer supply agreement, it has data upload
functions such as Trace and PDCA.
