Application:

Large box impact test machine is used for drop test of large furniture, office desk and chair, household appliances and packaging etc., including naked drop (without packaging) and packaging drop (with packaging). Large packaging is rather heavy and hard to move up, the top surface and sides are less possible to drop, the drop height for test is low, thus this machine is required for test drop. This machine is specially used to test damage of packaging products after drop, and mainly used for assessing the drop bearing capacity of packaging product during transportation, loading and unloading, and further improving and perfecting the packaging design.

Structure of machine:

1. Employ clamping roller double guide rails guide structure effectively to avoid derailing during lifting and dropping process with safety performance greatly improved;

2. Employ the hydraulic lifting and descending with electronic control with simple and convenient operation. Just press “lifting” or “descending” on the control console;

3. Employ dedicated trip device (during the course of applying for national patent, the patent pending number is.: 200880796320.1, any imitation shall be punished according to relevant laws) which makes the drop frame be released at one moment, so as to ensure the packaging products can vertically strike the base plate in the form of free-fall motion;

4. Safety protection design: employ the design of double buttons to control drop. The operator is required to use both hands to press the drop buttons to prevent faulty operation;

5. Digital display height: employ precision lever type grating ruler to synchronously collect the height change of hoisting appliance. Current height and set upper limit height can be displayed at real-time. Once reaching the upper or lower limit height, it automatically stops to protect the machine;

6. It applies to drop test for large and heavy packaging products because it is vertically lifted from zero height. Loading and unloading the products are convenient and fast, and drop test of lower height such as edges, surfaces and angles can be realized. The drop height can be started from zero.

7. Employ CKD hydraulic buffer to absorb the impact energy produced by instantaneous drop of drop frame, so as to prevent bad effect on the packaging products of secondary pulse and rigid impact damage on drop frame;
