Purpose:

The Automatic Torsion Tester produced by Infinity-machine is specialized at the Torsion testing of the mobilephone & pad, it uses the servo motor from Panasonic, and THK precise ball screw and guide rail for the transmission.

Control of the testing system is via an Infinity-machine proprietary software program designed specifically for materials testing. Setting test parameters, operating the system, collecting and analyzing test data is done through the software program.

 Specialties:

This equipment adopts Japanese Panasonic AC Server motor to control up and down, Japanese SMC vacuum sucker to absorb products (small product dropping adopts SMC pneumatic cylinder finger to clamp), SMC cylinder homing product, touch panel controlling server motor , touch panel controlling magnetic valve which controls cylinder movements as absorption, stretching and retraction, etc.

Principle of Operation:

Operators merely choose dropping mode and pickup mode in touch panel, i.e. setting test times, dropping height, pickup height, cylinder location time, pickup time, press start test, touch panel controls server motor lifting, electromagnetic valve controls cylinder movements, stretching out or retraction, and suckers suck or( pneumatic cylinder clamps) samples to conduct dropping test.
