Applications:

This tester is to evaluate the product performance after unintentional drop, it is suitable to do test for all kinds of consuming electronic products, such as mobile phone, tablet, e-reader, telephoe, e-dictionary, remote control ETC. This drop tester is teh wide-ranging using in the manufacturers for mobile phones and tablets, such as ZTE, Foxconn, Meeting Standare: IEC 60068-2-32.

Structures and Functions:

• This tester adopts AC servo motor and synchronous pulley for the drop height adjusting, can guarantee the height precision, and long durability,
• This tester adopts the color touchpanel + PLC to control and set the motion, can set the drop height directly, it will auto stop when it reaches the set height, it can preset the drop times and has power-off memory function, all the controls can be done in the touch panel: drop, reset, herghe setting, drop times, and counting.
• This tester is to use the SMC vacuum sucker for the samples sucking, edges, corner can faces inpact can be done.
• Tested sample will be released at height of 300mm, the tested sample drop gesture is close to original set gesture.
• This tester is used aluminum alloy frame and transparent PMMC as the whole sealing enclosure, it is installed with the Omron safety lock, the tester can be triggered when it locks, that can guarantee the security.
• All the pneumatic parts are from SMC, can make sure the high performance and long durability.
• Various drop bases are available: steel base, wood vase, granite base, that is to meet the various impact medium requierments.
• Auto count (Drop cycles) function function, auto drop mode and the manual drop mode are switchable.
• The drop friction can be lowest because it uses the Japan THK high precision low friction sliding rail .
• Special handle controller, it is conbenient to control the start, stop, and reset during the testing.
