Abrasion Resistant Rubber Rotary Abrasion Tester / Taber Abrasion Machine

Purpose:

This tester is manufactured according to the standards such as DIN-53516, ISO/DIS-4649, BS903PART9, GB-9867and so on for testing the abrasion of those plastic and rubber materials and is also suitable for the comparison testing and verifying the uniformity and the classifying of products.

Principle:

To test the abrasion of the testing sample under regulated force imposed against fixed area occurs on the sand papers of various grades through various angles.

Sand paper is stick around the surface of roller, and the testing sample is compressed onto the roller of which is wrap with sand paper, and let the testing sample move horizontally around roller, and according abrasion will happens with testing sample, measure the abrasion loss of testing sample and work out the unit abrasion loss according to the density of testing sample.
