Application:

Apply for abrasion testing on all kinds of non-conductive coating, painting on plastic goods & silk screen surface, like computer accessories, mobile phone (PDA), MP3, CD/VCD/DVD, telephone, electronic dictionary and etc. To use eraser, human sweat, wire ball, alcohol as medium to abrase on part surface for testing.

Material for this machine is stainless steel which high erosion-resistance.

With 3 test grips: 45°pencil hardness test grip, eraser testing grip & alcohol testing grip for abrasion test.

Adjustable abrasion frequency, digital display for speed, abrasion counter is with 6 digits LCD indicator, can save testing data when accidental power off, self-stop when reaching to set time, testing cycle is 10~60times /minute which can be constantly adjusted.

Abrasion distance: 10mm ~50mm can be freely adjusted, the test rod can adjust up and down.
