Purpose:

This tester is used for testing the hinge of laptop computer & DVD and other foldable electronic products. To check the holding capability of the hinge and to check if the plastic body is damage by getting higher resistance of hinge after many opening and closing.

Features:

1. All the testing conditions is set at touching panel directly;

2. Test angle between 0-180 °, the tolerance is within 1 °, as it is controlled by servo motor driver.

3, Adopt Mitsubishi LCD touching screen+PLC as program control with high quality, can display the right angle and speed in swing testing.

4. Adopt motor driving up and down testing table, with micro adjusting function and axis center matching function, to assure effect of test grip and testing accuracy.

5. Adopt sever motor driver which is low noise, big torque, durable using.

6. Force from both side to keep balance, to make sure stable testing condition.

7. Can set the pause time, swing speed (open & close can be set to different speed).
