Purpose:

This system is applicable to test the torsion life of LCD MONITOR, all-in-one PC and TV HINGE, it can simulate a LCD MONITOR to swing back and forth repeatedly so as to test whether its spindle still has retention, whether it will damage the plastic body due to the increase of spindle resistance. In a word, this is a good system for HINGE and finished product manufactures to improve the quality of their products.

Life tests of whole LCD machines / spindles

Torsion tests of the spindles on LCD/PDP TV

Life tests of the HINGE on all-in-one PC

A set of test fixtures can be made according to Lenovo B5 prototypes.

Characteristics:

All the test conditions shall be set by touch screen (angle setting, opening speed, closing speed, current angle, current speed, test times, times of the tests have been done, dwell time at opening, dwell time at closing, stay for N minutes after N tests)

Driven by Panasonic servo motor, the system can position accurately, also it is low-nose and durable. Test angle: 0~1800, Error:±10;

Adopt Japanese OMRON 7" LCD color touch screen and Mitsubishi PLC to control programs, durable in use.

You can choose to apply force from one side or two sides.

The table’s height (electric liftable table with height scale indicators) and horizontal position can be adjusted and fixed according to spindle’s position, equipped with dedicated axis centering gauges;

Applicable to 32″LCD tests at the most.
