6 Stations Torsion Testing Machine for Headset Head Band Durability Test

Application:

Apply to torsion lifetime test of headset, and the extension test method is: after headset is fixed with clamp on right and left, it shall be pulled reversely to certain distance, and then be pulled to the opposite direction at the same time and back to start position at last. The test process can be set. Headset can be taken down for inspecting performance of its head band through many times test.

Purpose:

1. Motion control shall be conducted with MGCS TFT 7 inches of True Color LCD touch screen and Mitsubishi programmable logic controller,

    expansion process, test speed, test times and duration time of the motion can be set.

2. Panasonic servo motor drive with synchronous belt drive, high speed and low noise, stable operation, stable, reliable and durable performance

    shall be used;

3. Extension of 6 sets of headsets may be tested synchronously, the extension process is accurate and adjustable, the headset shall be clamped

    with Velcro, and the angle of clamp used for fixing is adjustable.
