Purpose:
This test equipment is suitable for headphone rotating shaft to do torsion life test. Test method is: fix one end of the earphone on the torsion clamp and fix headband on the support frame, then set test angle and rotating speed. After certain test cycles (can be set from 0-999999), take down the headphone to check its rotating shaft property. Feature:
It adopts TFT seven-inch color LCD touch screen and Mitsubishi PLC for motion control, can set rotatory angle, test speed, test cycles and test interval time.
It adopts Panasonic servo motor for driving, which has high speed, low noise, stable operation and performance, reliable and durable quality.
It can simultaneously test 6 headphones, and rotation angle is accurate and adjustable.
