Purpose:

This tester is suitable for rubber, metal domes, key-press, switch, computer key-board etc to do[load-stroke] curve test and accomplish downforce, reboundforce tests. Adopt Windows Xp window program , easy to operate, storing test materials automatically: load-stroke curve, life decline curve, test result, moreover the test method can be preserved and adjusted.

This tester adopt high precision load cell & servo motor for driving, can get the right [load-stoke] result, widely used for button supplier and quality control agent.

Tester Feature:

1. Peak Force,Return Force,Distance,TT,Click frequency and kinetic impedance value FO can be showed on the picture directly, needless of

    artificial calculation(picture one)

2. Automatism test method,it is controled by computer through testing stroke and load whether the key-stock is high or not.

3. It can show FC,FC_D,FP,FP_D,FM,FM_D,FR,FR_D,CC(Click rate),CC_F,CR,TT,FO,FO_D ect after testing ,and it can judge Passed or

    Fail automatically.

    FC--- means yield force while press down under max load;

    FC-D--- means the stoke while press down at yield force;

    FP---- means the max force while press down;

    FP-D--- means the stoke while press down at max load;

    FM--- means the max. Rebound force;

    FM-D--- means the stoke while rebound at max force;

    FR--- means yield force under rebound;

    FR-D--- means the stoke while rebound under yield force;

    TT--- means the max. Testing stoke

    CC={(FP-FC)/FP}x100%=CC% CC means click rate / hand feeling

    CR={(FP-FR)/FP}x100%=CR% CR means rebound, click rate, rebound hand feeling

    FO--- means conducting force, means the force while conducted;

    FO_D--- means the stoke of conducting force

    FMAX--- means the max force (used for metal domes)

4. These three operation interface of simplified form, traditional form and English can be switched, they are used by global customers, N,Lb,

    gf,kgf can be switched freely.

5. Test methods can be settled, stored, adjusted, amended freely, the results must be stored inside the hard-disk, it can print data, curve

    directly (one piece of A4 paper can store any indicated N pieces of curve pictures).

6. Can get the life-span decay curve, report can be transfer to Excel and PDF.
