Purpose:

It is suitable for durability testing of all kinds of rubber keypads, metal domes, buttons, which are used at the mobile phone, electronic book, CD/ MP3, electronic dictionary, electrical appliance, all kind of controller and so on. This tester is used the touch panel and programmable and the SMC precise proportional pressure valve control, that can realize that the pressing force of air cylinder is adjustable and controllable by program.

Specialties:

1. All the critical components are imported from the famous companies in Japan, can make sure the quality of the machine.

The actuating components are from SMC Japan, such as: the Precise pressure adjusting valve( to realize the pressure can be adjusted precisely), electromagnetic valve, oil-water separator( make sure the durability of the pneumatic components ), double way air cylinders.

2. Precise pressure control (To set the pressing force at the touch screen directly)

To use the SMC precise proportional pressure valve for the pressure adjusting and use the Mitsubishi PLC control, can set the pressing force of air cylinders at the touch screen directly, the max force fluctuation is 1N, Or can set the pressing force and testing cycles randomly.

3. 16 stations can control the pressing force testing separately

Each station is equipped with 1 double acting air cylinder,1 electromagnetic value, and 1 precise proportional pressure valve. The tester has 16 stations, can test 16 buttons at max at the same time, every stations is independently controlled for the pressure setting, testing cycle setting, as applying the Ø16mm double acting cylinder, the testing force can satisfy the requirement of adjusting range 5N~50N,Ø10mm double acting cylinder, the testing force can be 2~25N.

4. The fixtures for 16 stations is adjustable at the direction of X-Y-Z.
