Purpose:

This compressive strength testing machine is suitable for adhesive tape, rubber, plastic, sponge, waterproof materials, electric wire & cable, textile, net rope, non-woven fabrics etc, nonmetal materials and metallic thread, metal foil, steel plate and metal rod to do tensile, compression, bending, peeling, cutting, tearing shearing tests.

It is used for spot test in production line, can do many data analysis and print the test report, also can used for material’s cyclic test and holding test.

Adopt AC servo motor to driving the high precise ball screw working, with high precise explosion-proof load cell. Strength accuracy reached to ±0.25% & displacement accuracy reach to 0.001mm.

Superior software program:

Can achieve the closed loop control in force value, speed & displacement, so can satisfy the fatigue test of rubber and durable test of other material in the condition of low cycle. Can record and memorize the whole testing data. And also had many kinds of analysis curve: stress vs strain curve, strength vs deformation curve, strength vs displacement curve, strength vs time curve, time vs deformation curve.

Multi-function:

Can coordinate with different grips, the tests of tensile, compression, bending, shearing, tearing, peeling, etc can be done.
