This machine is used for 2D measurement for all industrial, like machine, hardware, stamping, electronic, gauge, plastic, toys and etc.

Features:

1. Adopt original Japan colorful 1/2” CDD camera, with double focus lens & crossed generator for aim taking.

2. Digital measurement & processor are made of 2D coordinate working room, optical grating ruler & DC-3000 electrical case (optional).

3. With many data process, displayer, input, output function, special for fix the sample in right position.

4. With RS232 connector, after connect with computer, can do some and process and output on drawing.

Software:

1. Many point test on point, line, circle, ellipse, rectangular, enhance the testing accuracy.

2. Cooperated measurement, mid. Point design, point of intersection design, centered point design, liner design, circule design, angle design.

3. Coordinate’s horizontal moving and right position setting, enhanced the test effective.

4. Macroinstruction make many sample testing in one station, enhanced the test effective.

5. Input the test data in AUTOCAD, to get a full engineer drawing.

6. Also can put the test date to EXCELL file, to analysis statistical, can drawing Xbar-s planning drawing to get the Ca and other parameter.

7. Many changeable language.

8. Recorded user’s program, instruction and done action.
