PTFE High Frequency PCB Board

Today we talk about domestic F4B high-frequency circuit board.

F4B series high frequency material is mainly PTFE glass fiber cloth and ceramic-filled PTFE glass fiber cloth etc. It is a series of high frequency materials of Chinese brand, which is cheap in price and stable in quality. It's widely applied to navigation, radar, satellite communication, 4G communications, 5G communications and the like.

Let’s see our F4B high frequency PCB capability.

The common dielectric constant is 2.2, 2.55 and 2.65, and the other dielectric constants are 2.17, 2.45, 2.75 and 3.0; Copper weight at half ounce, 1oz and 2oz are available; the thickness of board ranges from 0.17mm to 5.0mm.

We can provide you with single sided board, double sided board, multilayer board and hybrid circuit board with FR-4.

The common color of solder mask is green, black and no color used.

The surface finish usually used is bare copper (no finish), HASL and immersion gold.

The basic color of F4B PCB is brown.
