Product description

In the product design stage, the mechanical test can quickly verify the structural strength level, or determine whether the packaging material has an appropriate cushioning effect. The severity of the test depends on the waveform, G value, pulse time, and number of shocks.

In our daily life, the most frequently encountered shock waveforms are half sine, trapezoid and sawtooth waves. The test is mainly based on unpackaged products. Generally, three axes with six sides and three shocks per side are the main test requirements.
