JUKI Laser Align Sensor MNLA Head FX1 Machine E9611729000 Original New
Laser Align Sensor (MNLA Head) Check to see if there is any dirt on the sensor window. If the sensor window is dirty or unclear, clean it with clean cloth or gauze lightly moistened with alcohol. Notes: 1, the resin part around the sensor window may fuse. Never use any solvent other than alcohol. 2, After cleaning, wipe off all of the remaining alcohol. Any remaining alcohol may cause a laser error. 3, Under low humidity, frequent generation of static electricity promotes the dust accumulation on laser sensor windows, which increases dirt detection. To counter this, we recommend cleaning sensor windows by spraying ethanol antistatic agents containing cationic surfactants.
Warning: to prevent the body from injury which can be caused by accidental activation of the machine, cut off the power to the machine before starting to work. |
