Our equipment is a mixture of mature spirals and blade designs, capable of processing citrus in all directions, including juice finishing (juice separation from pulp), oil finishing (separating frit from oil-water emulsion) and soluble solids recovery (washing).

Application:

It is suitable for pulp extraction, seed and peel separation of mango, tomato, guava, papaya, tamarind and other fruits and vegetables.

Process:

Fruits and vegetables are fed in the roughing chamber, and the fruits are pressed on the sieve due to the action of leaves and brushes. The extracted pulp passes through the sieve, and the stone and skin are pushed forward and discharged from the other end. The pulp is then passed through a fine screen to refine the pulp and remove the fine skin. The refined pulp can be collected and further processed.
