cheese, a specific cheese making equipment was put forward. The main machines constituting the cheese making equipment of the
production line are: Cheese jar The cheese making equipment is a semi-circular cross-section closed
solidification cylinder, which is cleaned under the CIP device. The
barrel is equipped with parallel moving tools and longitudinal

Whey curd conveying device The cheese making equipment unit consists of two modular tanks,
which are processed in the alternating stages of vacuum and
pressurized sterile air
Block mold filling system The curd whey mixture is fed into a mold lock by a symmetrical
collector "Drip" drainage system with perforated bucket and filling the mold
with curd The curd whey mixture is fed into a perforated bucket for whey pre
filtration and then into a block mold.
Curing system
