I have not explained the function of the air spring better. The clutch I sent to you as an app did not get enough instructions to work properly. Both torsion load and air spring function. It turns out that the function of the first sample is as expected, the horsepower is less than 150 HP, and there is air pressure to stabilize the air spring. I don't have any problems with the torque requirements, because the torque requirements of the prototype I developed are not a problem. My current request from potential customers is to increase the horsepower applied to stabilize the air spring without applying air pressure. This request caused problems with my design. I believe that with your help, we can create a startup program that meets the requirements of the new application. I think your method of changing the direction of the wires is a good solution. The increase in the number of layers will also help. If the compression load increases due to the increase of multiple layers, I can use an air spring. If the increased torque requirement is met, I will be able to use the improved protective cover (perhaps an improved function) in all applications. I know this is not universal, but the interest in design has become very strong. I hope to use boots that exceed the safety factor requirements to meet the new requirements (twice the original design). |
