IS200TSVOH1B GE Servo Terminal Board

The IS200TSVOH1B is a Servo Terminal Board developed by General Electric (GE) as part of the Mark VI turbine control system. It plays a critical role in interfacing electro-hydraulic servo valves with the control system, ensuring precise regulation of steam and fuel valves in industrial applications.

Installation and Wiring:

Interfaces with two electro-hydraulic servo valves to manage steam/fuel flow. It utilizes Linear Variable Differential Transformers (LVDTs) to measure valve positions accurately, supporting up to six LVDT inputs per board.

Supports both Simplex and Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) configurations. Simplex signals are routed through the JR1 connector, while TMR signals are distributed via JR1, JS1, and JT1 connectors, enhancing system reliability.

Equipped with two I/O terminal blocks, each with 24 terminals accommodating up to #12 AWG wiring. Shield termination strips adjacent to each block connect to chassis ground, ensuring signal integrity.
