he AB 1747-M2 is an SLC 500 EEPROM module for fixed and modular controllers. It is compatible with the SLC 5/01 and SLC 5/02 processors, it has a 32 KB, 4K instructions, and 64K words of user memory available. It has a backplane current of 1 A at 5V DC and 175 mA at 24V DC. This module also has a program scan time of 0.9 ms and an I/O scan time of 0.225 ms. Ethernet and RS-232 ports, as well as a Flash backup memory, are available with the 1747-M2 module.

When installing or removing this module, make sure that the power to the controller has already been turned off to prevent damaging the module or experiencing undesired processor faults.
