• The module’s 16 separate and single ended channels can be configured

for any of the following three ranges: 4 to 20 mA, 0 to 20 mA, or 4 to 20 mA

Enhanced. Both high and low alarms are obtainable on each range.

•  In the enhanced range, the IC693ALG223 module can be set with a low alarm

limit to detect input current with open wire fault detection in the 4 to 20 mA

applications; high alarm alerts can also be set by the user. Additionally, this

module reports status, including power supply standing to the CPU. IC693ALG223

can be used in any I/O slot that offers a serial connector in the RX3i or

Series 90-30 system.

•  The IC693ALG223 Module is a 16-channel analog current input module manufactured

by GE Fanuc as part of the Series 90-30 product line. This module comes with 16

single-ended input channels that are designed to convert between different supported

current ranges or to convert the analog signals to digital PLC signals.

• The module has an isolation voltage of 1500 Volts between its field side and

logic side, and this helps to eliminate the ground loops within the communication lines.
