Turbine rotors are influenced by plenty of various circumstances
while operated. One of them is a heterogenous temperature field
that appears for example within through heating of a turbine and
its particular parts in terms of commissioning. This kind of
circumstance causes temporary deformation – inflexion of a rotor,
which is professionally denoted as eccentricity.If eventual rotor
eccentricity is not detected in advance then a turbine can be
