Camshaft Structure:The camshaft is a part of the engine. Its role is to control the valve opening and closing movements.

The body of the camshaft is a cylindrical rod of the same length as the cylinder block. The upper set of a number of cams, used to drive the valve. One end of the camshaft is the bearing support point and the other end is connected to the drive wheel.The side of the cam is egg-shaped.

The design is designed to ensure the full intake and exhaust cylinder, specifically in the shortest possible time to complete the valve opening and closing movements.

CAMSHAFT PRODUCTING TECHNOLOGY:

Casting & Quenching: Casting eliminate stress generated in the quenching, the casting having a high strength and wear resistance but also has the required plasticity and toughness.

Mold: Cast iron mold casting stiffness and relative thin overlying sand casting cooling speed, fine sand grain size, thus significantly advances the casting dimaensional accuracy, density surface quality, refinement extent and rate of grain ball, and can be realised without riser casting.

Surface nitriding: After nitriding treatment products with excellent wear resistance, fatigue resistance corrosion resistance and high temperature properties.

Fillet Rolling: Maximum improvement of fatigue strength against other technologies; Improvement of total indior runs out valve after deep rolling by roll straightening.
