AC 380V 3 phase 5 lines Constant Temperature and Humidity Machine with Relative Humidity Controlling

Chamber structure:

1. Outside bile uses high quality (t=1mm)SUS304 steel plate numerically-controlled machine tool to process,outside hull spray molding treatment,make chamber more bright and clean.

2. high density glass cellucotton,insulation thickness is 80mm.

3. Use long axis fan motor,heat and cold resistance,stainless steel siroco fan,to make sure strength convection and vertical diffusion cycle.

4. Between door and chamber,use double-deck thermostability sealing strips,to make sure testing area is airtight.

5. Use no-retroaction doorknob,easy operation.

6. In the bottom of chamber,use high quality stationary type PU running wheel.

7. Observing window uses multilayer hollow toughened glass.

The temperature and humidity test chamber is used to simulate the real conditions of product testing. Temperature chambers simulate mild to extreme heat and cold conditions, down to -70°C to +180°C. Temperature can also be combined with humidity for temperature and humidity testing. Humidity chambers simulate relative humidity conditions from low to high humidity up to 98% RH.

Temperature and Humidity Chambers are helpful in assessing the performance of a product and how it will withstand these conditions in the end-use environment for reliability testing and evaluation. These chambers are also used to determine the operating specifications of the product.
