Troubleshooting

If the scanner does not work properly, please check it by this way:

1. Check the data cable is properly connected with the host, including whether the data cable is firmly connected and whether it is the original data cable.

2. If it is to read the phone screen bar code, please check if the phone screen backlight is turn on; if it is paper bar code, please check if the bar code label quality is good; the scanner may not be able to read the fold stained barcodes.

3. Check whether the barcode to be read is enabled; if not, please set it to enable to read the barcode type.
