First, we make the knife dull, you can see, it can not cut the
sponge
Second, we use our sharpener, sharpen the dull knife
a. place the knife sharpener on a solid flat surface, one hand
keeps the sharpener, the other holds knife b. press down and put
the knife into the moveable tungsten stage, pull back several
times,coarse sharpening now, it’s also suit for scissors.
c. and then, put the knife into diamond rod stage, pull back several
times, for fine sharpening now.
d. put the knife into ceramic blade stage for polishing.
e. we use the same knife to cut the sponge again
You can see now the knife can cut the sponge easily
