OPGW HOTLINE INSTALLATION TECHNOLOGY is a special technology for installation OPGW on energied transmission line, for changing earth wire to OPGW.
We have developted whole set of equipment and tools for hotline OPGW installation work. The whole set inlclude of pulling machine, tension machine, mobile traction machine, recover machine, two sheaves support roller, OPGW anti twisting device, OPGW socket grip, OPGW clamps, OPGW blocks etc. Our products have been exported to more than 15 countries for OPGW installation and changing work.
 

1. Mobile Traction Machine

Application: Used to deliver guide rope and double pulley rollers from one steel tower to another, running on earth wire by self-driving system.

2. Recover Roller Machine

Application: Used to recover the guide rope and double pulley rollers after OPGW stringing operations. Make the guide rope tighten to prevent touching the hot line.

3. Double Pulley Replace Roller

Application: Used to change the old earth wire with new OPGW cables.

4. OPGW counter weight device

Application: Used for fiber optic cable stringing. The cable could be prevented spiraling by this tool. It is installed directly on the head of OPGW cable, with interval distance 2 meters for 2 pieces of devices.
 

Shipment

1. The products will be shipped on sea or by air.

2. We will ship the products within one month normally after receiving the payment.

3. Stock is available for standard product.

2. It also can be packed in steel frame case or customerized package.
