Quality control: 1. A strict quality management system. 2. Independent printing, producing and packing department. 3. Each department with a professional QC. 4. All products must be inflated for 24 hours before deflating and packing
Sample time: blank sample: 2-3days printing sample : 5-7days for simple products; 7-10days for complex samples. 12-15days for roller printing samples. QC and inspection : 8-12hours for small products; 24hours for bigger products final inspection before the shipment: AQL2.5/4.0. Test report : Provide test samples free of charge before the order after deposit , test fee will be charged from the final buyer .
