Toilet Hydrochloric Acid Ammonia Corrosion Test Chamber
Professional corrosion testing chamber designed for evaluating material resistance to hydrochloric acid and ammonia exposure under controlled conditions.

Installation Requirements
  • Power supply: AC220V MAX 10A (±5% voltage, ±1% frequency fluctuation)
  • Humidification water: Purified/distilled water (minimum 10L initial preparation)
  • Level, vibration-free surface with proper drainage
  • Separate space with good ventilation, away from flammable materials
  • Exhaust outlet must connect to outdoors

Operation Procedures
  1. Power on sequence: User switch → Main power switch → Panel power
  2. Set temperature, flow rate, and time parameters
  3. Close door securely before operation
  4. Initiate test via controller
  5. Activate exhaust treatment (20-30 minutes) before product removal
